About the Space
Our newly renovated kitchen (2020) was recently the shooting location for a baking show for the Magnolia Network Workshops which aired in June 2022. Home was also used for filming several documentaries and a commercial for Nulo Pet Food in 2024. (https://nulo.com/ambassador-stories/jessica-long-and-goose) Built in 1929, our center hall Colonial home is filled with lots of natural light and spacious living and dining rooms which flow through arched, open doorways. It also boasts a massive deck in the rear of the house with 3 levels for entertaining. The house is located at the corner of two streets which provides space for ample non-zoned free parking and is also located close to I-83, the major artery to downtown Baltimore, and just south of 695, the Baltimore beltway. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
