Modega is a multipurpose creative space that emphasizes dance and movement based art. The space is on the ground floor, accessible, with high ceilings, and equipped with an ADA compliant restroom, water fountain and bottle filler. Professional audio speakers are available for use with all rentals. Supplemental lighting is available to rent for photo and video shoots.

We keep air purified in the space at all times. Doors, sink, and handles are disinfected regularly between bookings. Free hand sanitizer is available in the lobby space. Floors are dust mopped, vacuumed, and wet mopped daily.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
