About the Space
Our patio has complete coverage from the elements but excellent airflow. The vinyl windows will be up in cold weather and will be taken down in the warm months. Heaters are on timers and available for use. Two electric radiant ceiling mounted heaters on north wall, one on east wall and two on south wall. The 20 feet by 10 feet bricked floored patio has 6 round tables that can me arranged along the long bench seating (south wall) or taken out of space for maxim open space. There is a seated counter (north wall) that can be used as a seated eating area or as work space. 6 woven armed patio chairs 10 metal folding bistro chairs with cushions 6 round metal tables Bathroom is located inside coffee shop and available at an extra cost to cover the cost of staffing. There is no kitchen availability or access, food preparation needs to be prepared off site. Remember when booking to allow for setup and breakdown time in your booking. For example, if your event is from 5-7pm, you may need to book it form 4-8pm to give you time to set up your event.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
