Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

You will be required to wear a mask in the lounge area unless otherwise notified.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
Space has HEPA-certified air filters
Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
Space has additional space outdoors

The space has informational signage including:

Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors

About the Space

Our studio is great for: Music Videos Photoshoot (Available backdrops: white, black and green) Podcast Interviews Lounging Area and More! We have neon lights, LED lights and an Aperture light (available upon request). The room has couches, recording equipment and onsite staff which can help with your requests! There is also a lounge area which you will have access too outside of the room.

General Rules

- No smoking (ease access to outside for smoking) - Hookah is available upon request (additional on-site fee) - You have access to the lounging area - You can request for an engineer to be onsite for Music Videos (free of charge) - You may not touch the recording equipment without the Engineer onsite to provide assistance - In-house photographers are available upon requests - You need to ask for permission if you which to use any of the equipment within the facility prior to your arrival, so that the team can get it ready for you

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Security cameras are placed around the building and within the entry points of the unit.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
