Mid century Ranch house with rolling lawns, cabins, bunkhouse, large grassy fields, wooded areas, lots of parking and much more. 20 minutes from downtown portland. Wedding & Event Family estate in SE Portland, adjacent to Leach Gardens and Lakeside Wedding Gardens, Lincoln Memorial Park and the Willamette National Cemetery. The property has a main house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus a bunkhouse with 6 queen beds, game room, large covered meeting area , yoga or dance floor, & a full bathroom. Outdoor Dining or work retreats/meetings for up to 80 guests, fire pits, pond, and 4 optional glamp cabins (Three have queen beds, the 4th cabin has 2 single beds. Entire property accommodates 24 overnight guests. Wifi, Smart TV, Central Air, Indoor Fireplace, ample parking, stunning nature abounds. Meetings start at $150/hour. For larger events like weddings the cost is $6500 for the entire weekend or $3250 for a day event. You are welcome to bring your own catering or food truck etc as well as DJ and bar. The property is professionally cleaned between bookings. There is plenty of outdoor space as well. A dumpster size garbage is provided for you. We ask you get all garbage to the dumpster out in driveway by little separate double garage. You must bring recycling with you because we do not have that service at the property. If recycling is in the dumpster, an extra fee will be charged. If using beds or linens please pile used sheets/tablecloths/towels etc near either of the washers. Please run dishwasher and wipe counters down, no food or dirty dishes left out bc we have finally managed the ant issue! If indoor or outdoor furniture has been arranged to accommodate whatever event/meeting you have please put them back how they were found. I recommend taking a few photos when you get there to remind yourselves where they started at. Thanks so much, enjoy, relax, unwind, re-set and know we appreciate your business very much!
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
