About the Space

Hello and welcome to my live + work studio loft. I'm a photographer and the space is an ideal place for photo & video productions of all sizes. CSI Photo Rentals is located next door and the space includes Lighting & Grip items listed below. The loft is located inside an old textile factory and it's interior is both minimalist and industrial featuring cement floors, dark stained wood furniture and accented with green plants. The morning light bounces off the warm brick building next door for a beautiful warm light that slowly transitions into streaming sunbeams through the 4 large windows. The streets outside are covered with colorful graffiti with large sidewalks on both sides ideal for location shooting. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
