About the Space
Our space is a beautiful, historic,120-year-old house with lots of charm and character. With original hardwood floors and 12 foot ceilings, this house would make any small event a unique experience.
The house would work best for small events such as weddings showers, baby showers, tea parties, and other small gatherings. We have a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms available for use. The furniture can be arranged to open up to the dining room and den.
With all of the old charm and unique features, this house would be great for photo shoots or filming. The back yard is large with lots of trees.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
