About the Space

This home is the perfect space for your production needs, intimate gatherings, workshops, meetings, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties etc.. Our space has high ceilings and modern design. We welcome photoshoots, film/video shoots, photography, and more. The open, 1000 sq ft main floor contains the kitchen, living and dining areas and a half bath. The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas stove and oven, and all the other typical appliances such as refrigerator and dishwasher. The living room has a gas fireplace, couches and accessories that can be rearranged as needed. The dining room has an extendable table which can seat up to ten when extended. The backyard space can accomodate outdoor seating for team work, games and networking.

In addition to regular sanitization of all common touch points, we will not rent more than once in a 24-hour period, ensuring a natural sanitization process far longer than the maximum viability of the virus on surfaces or in the air. We also have excellent ventilation with a large, open interior space for proper distancing.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
