The space works well for video shoots. It is NOT a sound stage but is generally a quiet space on the 3rd floor. The neighbors who abut our studio are also friendly and typically don't have a problem with keeping quiet during your stay if audio is a concern, but again, it isn't a sound stage. We keep the cyclorama green and do have 2 black 8ft wide backdrops and one white 8ft backdrop both are great for single-person records, photographs, or talking head videos. The space comes with a pre-lit grid in the ceiling but does come with any floor lighting. There are bathrooms on site.
