About the Space
- Available to book for dry-hire or staffed recording sessions. - Studio hire: $40/hour or $250/day. 5 hours minimum booking - Regular studio hire: $100 per day or night for a weekly booking on a 12+ week lease. - The studios are suitable for Vocalists, Producers, Engineers, Musicians etc needing a space to Write, Record or Mix. - Rates includes access to gear, instruments & isolated vocal booth. Rooms are acoustically treated with A/C & wifi. - There is a monitor & controls in the vocal room so vocalists can easily record themselves. You just need your own laptop to plug in and record on and you’re good to go. --- ENQUIRIES: - When applying please provide some info about yourself, your work, your studio background and requirements. --- GEAR INCLUDES: - Rode, AKG & Shure mics, - Adam T7V & Yamaha NS-10 monitors, - Audient ID44 Interface w Focusrite adat expansion, 12 channels total, - Universal Audio & Focusrite ISA outboard gear, - Akai, Native Instruments & Ableton controllers - Ibanez & Yamaha Guitars & Basses - Korg, Yamaha & Novation keys/synths

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
