5000 sq ft coffee roasters renovated into photo studio with 2 rooms. We are in the up and coming Sunset Park area of Brooklyn steps away from Industry City. Five blocks from D and N/R trains. Ample local parking. Studio 1 is a large 3200 sq ft space with huge windows, rustic wood floors, rough brick walls and a professional shoot kitchen. Studio 2 is 1300 sq ft with high ceilings and a balcony. Also includes A/V equipment for music/performances/meetings.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
