Welcome to my versatile and inviting photography studio, perfect for capturing stunning portraits, headshots, client meetings, or experimenting with new photography techniques! The open floor plan features seamlessly defined spaces for both meetings and photo sessions, offering flexibility for your creative endeavors. Immerse yourself in the expansive shooting area, where the 14' high ceilings adorned with breathtaking beams create a captivating ambiance. The backdrop possibilities are endless, with space for (2-3) 12' backdrops, allowing you to curate the perfect setting for your vision. Revel in the natural light streaming through block windows and highlighting the original brick wall at the back of the studio. Or use the light coming in from the from entry windows or the garage door that is full windows. Your rental experience is made even more enticing as two LED lights with modifiers are included in the rental fee, ensuring you have the essential tools for achieving professional-quality shots. Access the studio from 9 am to 6 pm daily, with the added convenience of a large one-car garage door for easy transport of larger items. Feel free to enhance your experience with our optional hair and makeup amenities, available for an additional fee. As you plan your shoot, know that studio sets are available upon request, and you'll receive a custom quote when incorporating them into your reservation. While you're welcome to bring your creativity to life by crafting your own sets, we also offer the option to include them as add-ons. To maintain the studio's pristine condition, please include your setup, breakdown, and cleaning time within your booking. Props are prohibited unless you choose to add this option to your reservation. If you have any questions or need assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to our dedicated team. I am a firm believer that wedding days should come with a photographer that takes stress off your plate rather than adding to it, that family and portrait sessions should be fun - not stressful, and that newborn sessions should be beautiful and safe! I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected! As a mom, I understand that kids (and babies) need to have the space to be themselves in order to get the best shot. I want you to look back at these photos for years to come and immediately think back to how much fun you had - not how stressed you were. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
