Enjoy this enormous backyard with pool and bathroom, which is perfect for planning anything from an intimate dinner to showers to parties and weddings. Includes outdoor fire pit and barbecue area. It also includes a custom built in bar to hang around or for a bartender to use (should you want to hire one). Includes a full outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave. NO INSIDE ACCESS ALLOWED. You will need to bring your own chairs and tables for larger parties. There is access to a dining table in the shaded area with about 10-12 chairs. Use of 2 umbrellas is included. Outside is equipped with speakers for use with your personal playlist from your phone. *Note extra fee for heating pool and/or Jacuzzi. $150 to head the jacuzzi and $200 to heat the pool. *Extra $50 cleaning fee for pool cleaning should you use the pool/spa (this is in addition to the general cleaning fee and any additional fee due to increased number of guests - see below). *Use of sauna or steam room is not allowed. *Extra $50 cleaning fee added for parties between 25-50 people. *Extra $100 cleaning fee added for parties between 50-75 people. *Extra $150 cleaning fee added for parties between 75-100 people.
