All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Spacious restaurant with unique interior design, suitable for any type of gathering from Christenings, Rehearsal Dinners, Wedding Receptions, Birthdays to Corporate. Our space can accommodate up to 40 people for a sit-down family-style dinner or 70 people canopy and cocktail-style event. Our space features high ceilings, a magnificent bar display focal point with a barrel, and cork inspired bar top. Located in Strathcona Village, just a 5-minute drive from Downtown Vancouver. We are a fresh unique event space offering in-house catering when booking the space. Our space can be booked hourly through Peerspace and in addition *requires a minimum spend, please inquire for further details. We will discuss and develop a customized menu to delight you and your guests in advance of your booking date. Our minimum food and drink packages range based on day/time of your special event. Parking description

Free street parking along East Hastings Street. There is also underground parking in the building which is free and a valet could be hired by the planners too.

General Rules

CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

Security cameras and recording devices

There are security cameras in the restaurant and corridors leading to the washrooms.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
