This listing is for our open Event Space. The space is a block away from Rittenhouse Square park. Space has a couple of bar top tables and two sofas. It is ideal for social meetings, photoshoots, etc. RULES & DISCLAIMER: • 3-hour booking minimum. • After-hours bookings only (Weekdays: 5pm-10pm + weekends). •No smoking inside. •Outside catering is allowed, but eating is allowed only at the bar tables. •$200 deposit required, $200 fine if food is consumed on the sofa. We require government-issued ID for submission, an email address, and a guest list for first-time guests. Your Reservation Includes: Your reservation includes access to your reserved space, high-speed Wi-Fi, coffee/tea/filtered water, a kitchenette with fridge & microwave, and light snacks. Outside Catering: Outside catering is allowed - we will provide one large trash bag for catering disposal. Each additional bag, when required, is $10. Hospitality Partners: We partner with local small businesses for both catering and hospitality needs. We currently partner with the Sonesta Hotel. Guests who book with us receive a 15% discount per reservation. Inquire for more information.
