From the front, you'll find a sturdy elm tree, camellias, gardenias, and azaleas. Inside the home, you'll find many original details, natural light, and hardwood floors throughout. The backyard boasts a stunning outdoor patio with cafe lights, vegetable gardens, citrus trees, a storage shed, lots of privacy, and plenty of room. We make our best effort to provide a safe environment, following CDC guidelines. The home will be cleaned and sanitized prior to productions, and hand sanitizer/soap will be provided. We welcome photo & video shoots, and are happy to accommodate other uses.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
