1920's Mid-century Spanish Eclectic Apt in North Park/Hillcrest

Welcome to our 1920's bungalow apartment located in the North Park/Hillcrest area. It features original built-ins and hardwood floors with mid- century modern design complimented by one of a kind pieces. Main living/dining has Southern exposure and a faux fireplace. The second bedroom/office faces NE and gets beautiful morning light from the French doors that open to a small deck. The main bedroom has glowing SW light. The bathroom has original tiled flooring with one West facing window. The kitchen features black and white linoleum checkered flooring with NW exposure. Please be respectful and ensure your booking request accommodates time for your setup and teardown. Overtime charges begin at the end of your booking. Overtime is charged at 1.5x the hourly rate and available in 30 min increments. I live in the apartment with my boyfriend, Andy, who works from home.
