Our space in the heart of Culver City is just marvelous. It's fully renovated and has lots of charm and creativity. Theres a full kitchen, 3 seating areas, an outdoor terrace that connects to the inside with a stylish garage door. The space also includes 3 unisex bathrooms along with ping-pong table, foosball table and plenty of outdoor space to have the perfect event. The exposed bricks really gives the space a great vibe and music can be on pretty load. You may move around the furniture as long as its put back in it's original location. We have a cleaning crew that comes before and after each event to clean entire space as well as disinfect all common areas.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
