Our NEWLY remodeled & renovated apartment, is the perfect multi purpose space that can be utilized both inside & outside of the property. It can be used for meetings, production, photo shoots, video recording, podcasts, commercials, movies, date nights, & intimate events. Our comfort zone, comes fully loaded, with furniture & appliances, 50' Smart HDTV, Wifi (with high speed internet), alkaline water cooler be found in our cozy workspace/office. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cookware & dining ware, utensils, wine glasses, a 1st aide kit, fire extinguisher Keurig, coffee station, toaster & more. Upon stepping into bedroom 1, you'll also have the option to access our backyard which has a fire pit, double seat swing set, bbq grill, & umbrella table with extra seating. Consider this space for your satellite/remote office, use it for meetings, interviews, Meetup events, movie & television production, podcasts, vlog location, office retreat, international layover holding space, holiday brunch, photoshoots, date nights & more

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We take pride in cleaning and the upkeep of our space. We use a professional cleaning person to clean our space. The place is dusted, swept & mopped clean after each client. It is disinfected with Lysol spray cleaner, Clorox cleaner with bleach & Seventh Generation wipes are all used on countertops, appliances, backsplash and most surfaces. We use microfiber cloths sponges & Mop & Glo on the wood like tiles & Swiffer wet jet for the kitchen & bathroom floors. Though all of our mattresses & pillows are protected with bedbug mattress covers, we take an extra step, by spraying down the mattresses & pillows with Lysol. We also run the Hepa air purifier & air out the space between clients.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
