Description Our spacious outdoor venue features a breathtaking mountain view, a beautiful open grassy lawn, and a covered patio, creating a picturesque setting for your next event. The captivating mountain backdrop provides the perfect atmosphere for weddings, celebrations, and special gatherings. The venue comfortably accommodates 150 to 200 guests, making it ideal for both intimate gatherings and larger events. The person booking the venue is responsible for ensuring that all guests consume alcohol responsibly and comply with all applicable laws. We encourage arranging designated drivers or other safe transportation when needed. • Outside vendors, including caterers, DJs, photographers, and decorators, are welcome. • Guests are required to rent a portable restroom. A clean, high quality portable restroom with running water and a flushable toilet, previously used by our guests, is shown in photos 16 through 20 of this listing. • Please include one hour for setup and one hour for cleanup when making your reservation. You will only be charged for one hour of setup and one hour of cleanup. As a courtesy, you will typically have access to the venue the entire day before your event for setup and the entire day after your event for cleanup, provided there are no scheduling conflicts. This gives you plenty of time to prepare and clean up without feeling rushed. • We ask that guests leave the venue clean and in the same condition it was found. • Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise at a reasonable level, especially during evening hours.
