Barn is climate controlled. Barn includes a kitchenette with a microwave oven, a toaster oven, and two single stove top burners, as well as a refrigerator Outdoor space includes large playground on artificial turf play area, 1000 sq ft putting green, basketball area, hot tub, hammock, swings, two large dining tables, grill, and large fire pit. Fishing pond at rear of the property - bring your own gear Swimming pool can be added to rental for an additional charge of $35/hour between May 1 and Sept 1. NOT included in base rate. Includes lower level of barn only (no access to upstairs bedroom). No alcohol or smoking/vaping allowed on property. Includes parking for six vehicles on site. There is a public parking lot next-door for additional parking as needed.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
