About the Space
Welcome to our humble abode nestled in a quiet and safe family neighbourhood. Our space offers the modern comforts of the big city mixed with a tropical vacation vibe. Guests mainly come here to shoot content in the bold red backyard, relax with friends or family poolside or celebrate small functions such as baby showers, birthdays or business launches. It is an open concept home with lots of space for 16guests to move around comfortably. Our property offers many appealing amenities such as a 16 x 32 pool, brand new hydrotherapy jacuzzi tub, fire pit, portable outdoor wood fireplace, brand new infrared sauna + gym located in our rustic unfinished shed, 50ft brand new 1 bedroom condo park model trailer located on site, 3 bedroom 1.5 bath, and more. We have many interactive board games to keep family and friends entertained. Other useful amenities include varying pool floaties, gas bbq (gas included), outdoor folding table, 2 full size fridges, 1 outdoor freezer, all main daily appliances such as blender, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, iron, dishwasher, microwave and more. There are three workspaces on the property for travellers who want to unwind but keep on track with their responsibilities. The property also boasts proximity to the entrance for the vast amount of Ontario trails. Brantford is after all known as the "hub" of ontario trails. There is an amazing park with sky high trees and a river running along side it. It has a brand new kids play area, picnic sheds and tables, a soccer field and ample space to play frisbee, sit and read or stroll in any direction to connect with nature. This is a great open canvas for anyone to bring their creativity to life.
