Large open-concept single-family home, newly remodeled. 3000sqft home on a 9700 sqft lot, meaning large gorgeous backyard! with lots of grassy area. Four bedrooms, plus a fun bar area, an extra office room, walk-in closet and more. Living/dining/kitchen area is warm, inviting and super bright. Lots of skylights and natural light in every room. Great rooftop deck as well with artificial turf. Great large firepits. Basic lounge seating, bar top seating, dining room seating for ~20 people. If more than 15 needed to sit and congregate in large group, you would need to bring in your own tables and chairs. Preferably large groups congregate on our concrete pavers outside, or up on artificial turf roof deck!

We have regular bi-weekly cleans. We're new to home filming but if we have multiple bookings we will certainly be getting cleanings in between each one.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
