About the Space

Newly built and custom designed music recording studio available for rent to artists, producers, engineers, etc. The space was designed to be a plug in and go for musical artists who need a clean, professional, and modern place to tap in and create. The space features a fully sound treated booth and production suite with 2" Owens Corning Fiber Board insulation and 4" Safe and Sound Rockwool insulation panels. The production desk and booth features the following equipment: Neumann TLM-102 Microphone Outboard WA-73 Single Channel Pre-Amp and EQ Yamaha HS-7 Studio Monitor Speakers Apollo Twin Interface (Mac OS) Scarlett Focusrite Interface (Windows OS) 34" Sceptre Ultra Wide HD Monitor Camera Feed to Production Desk and 32" Monitor in Recording Booth Those looking to rent this space MUST have bring their own computer (laptop) and have working knowledge of how to use outboard equipment. This space rental DOES NOT include an in house engineer and is designed for those with an intermediate to professional understanding of the music recording and/or production process. The space also features a comfortable sectional couch as well a 50" wall mounted Roku TV Space will comfortably accommodate no more than 4 people.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

The space is cleaned daily and deep cleaned on a weekly basis, all equipment is wiped down with disinfecting wipes after use between rentals.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
