Introducing our Retro Living Room set! The film sets have Aputure B7C lights installed and can be controlled wirelessly via iPad provided on site. Whether you're shooting music videos, editorial photoshoots, or creative projects, our set provides the perfect backdrop for your vision. Our amenities include the following • Plenty and FREE parking • High-speed WiFi • 2x bathrooms on site • Roll-up garage doors • On-site production equipment (list below) For seamless production, we provide essential production equipment to enhance your shoot. Here's a list of equipment included: • (2) Godox VL 300 continuous lights on rolling stands • (4) empty c-stands • apple boxes • sand bags • z-rack for clothing • steamer for clothing Book our Retro Living Room set for your next project and bring your creative vision to life in a dynamic and inspiring space! NOTES: This rental only includes the Retro Living Room set. Any use of the other spaces will require an upgrade. Please notify us if you would like to upgrade.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
