High-speed internet that spans the whole backyard so you can work in the serene outdoors overlooking the water. Have some fun with a few games of corn hole next to the water. We’re located just 2 miles/5 minutes from the famous Casey Key + Nokomis Beach. We also have 2 bikes for guest use and are located right next to the Legacy Biking Trail :)

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
