Our studio is situated in a great area, free from loud outside disturbances, ensuring good sound control with no traffic issues. The photo studio is truly one-of-a-kind, the studio is bathed in natural light throughout the day, highlighted by a west-facing window that delivers beautiful soft golden hour lighting, making this photo studio truly exceptional. The studio has a variety of setups, seamless backdrop colors, and all the essential lighting equipment needed for your photography or film projects, minimizing the hassle of transporting gear to and from your vehicle. It's the perfect venue in Los Angeles for your next production shoot. Studio space is perfect for the following activities: • Interviews (with minimal external noise) • Branding photoshoots • Video filming • Music videos • Podcasts • Personal photo sessions • Family portraits • Workshops & seminars • Small events The studio is in front of the elevator and super easy to find. • Loading Ramp: The loading ramp is available from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM on the corner of Mills St and 6th St, Monday through Friday. Please inform us in advance if you need to use it. • Elevator: The passenger elevator is available 24/7. • The freight elevator operates from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday; please notify us if you need to use it. • Stairs: If you prefer stairs, they are located to the right of the elevator. • The restroom is next to our studio. Easy parking: • Free street parking is available • Private $12 parking all day on the property. SUNSPOTS AND GOLDEN HOUR LIGHTING THROUGH WINDOWS Bright sunspots from the window start to cast onto the floor between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Golden hour's gentle tones emerge from 6:00 PM until sunset. WE DO NOT ALLOW THE FOLLOWING: Studio Restrictions  • Pets are not allow if you bring your pet, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied, with no exceptions • Smoking is not allow —guests who violate the no-smoking policy will be charge a $500 penalty fee no exceptions. • You are not allow to shoot or film in the hallways or the fire escape window gate area, guest who violate this will be charge a $500 penalty fee no exceptions. • No glue, nails, tape or paint are permitted on our walls. If any damage occurs, there is a $500 repair fee for each white wall and a $3,000 fee for each lime wash wall damaged during the rental. • No smoke bombs or sparkly candles are permitted (regular candles are fine).  • Live music bands are not permitted, as the studio is not fully soundproof.  • Anyone who is intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances will not be admitted.  • Drugs are not allowed in the studio.  • Photography or filming of adult content such as porn XXX is prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the studio.  • Any individuals under 18 posing sexually or inappropriately will be asked to leave the studio.  WE ALLOW THE FOLLOWING: • Food and beverages are allowed in the studio (please ensure you take all trash with you; leaving any items behind will result in a cleaning fee added to your invoice). • Nude photography is permitted.
