This is a wonderful, industrial, conference room perfect for meetings, depositions, interviews, brainstorming sessions or just space to have a quiet conference room with seating up to 8. Kitchen access included with all the essentials (water, coffee, tea, utensils, plates, etc).
The whole room is equipped with fast secure Wi-Fi and the conference room has a beautiful glass whiteboard! A TV is also on the wall so you can connect for a presentation. There is also a nice courtyard/seating area and Parks Pantry next to the entrance of the building!

• Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
• Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
• Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
