This bright, ground-level storefront meeting space features two large 6 ft windows that bring in abundant natural light throughout the day. The open layout and plant-friendly atmosphere make this space ideal for small meetings, workshops, co-working sessions, interviews, virtual meetings, and focused work. The flexible setup works well for seated discussions, collaborative work, and low-key professional gatherings. All bookings have a 2-hour minimum. Please note that there are residential neighbors above the space. All activity must remain at a normal indoor speaking volume. Loud music, raised voices, and high-noise events are not permitted. Bookings with a higher number of guests than selected may be adjusted to the correct tier after the reservation. Checkout Expectations: We take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming studio environment for all guests. We kindly ask that you leave the space as you found it by disposing of trash, removing personal belongings, and keeping surfaces tidy. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the space requires more than standard turnover.
