Wide-open space in the heart of the Melrose shopping district. The entrance is a single white door that blends into the exterior that leads you upstairs into a large, open, customizable room. The space is located in one of the most famous areas in the world known for popular culture, fashion, sneakers, comedy, and more. The block is busy, especially on weekends. The upstairs space provides a completely private escape right in the middle of the action. The building itself also has some very unique history of past occupants such as Madonna, Von Dutch, Reddit, and ATTN. There is an open office that can be used as well as two bathrooms and a kitchen. Depending on how one would like to use the space and the number of people, we may need to provide additional fees for security. There are also potential additional fees if this is being used outside of business hours (12-8pm). All fees are open to discussion and negotiation!
