Our space is great for artists, musicians, producers, and engineers looking to get some uninterrupted work done. An epic listening environment for your next studio session or meeting. We invite you to come express yourself... Feel free to create and capture your moment in a high-end, yet ultra cozy environment. Podcasts, Commercials, Film & TV are welcome. Great place to host listening sessions. Songwriter, producer, composer sessions are available. *We do have rooftop access, but filming is not permitted without proper permits. Cleanliness, coziness and comfortability are paramount to us. We like to keep a fresh and free flowing space for all of our visitors. Please feel free to bring house shoes to prevent tracking outside germs throughout the space.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
