The lower ground floor is a large dining area with modern separate kitchen leading to a tranquil court yard at the back with enormous private original wall completely securing the house with privacy. A front court yard has steps and direct access to the street. The ground floor begins with a hallway leading to the main front study and then a guest bedroom looking out into the back courtyard. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
