A white Ranch house has exceptional view overlooking the Pacific ocean in unincorporated Malibu. No city permits are required (possibly a county one) but any production does require common-sense. Quite extensive amount of free parking on the other side of the street. The house has internet and makeup area in few of the bathrooms. This house has palm trees in front placed on 200 foot hill with neighbor houses on either side. The front has walled-front with black gate entrance with connected, enclosed patio and attached garage. The backside has 1,000 sq foot dark colored, wood deck with black-metal fencing with trees and green hillside. There are 4 bathrooms and large living room with fireplace and attached dining room. Almost all of the interior is white painted walls with large window, screen-doors on backside. There is a wood-paneled study and red-brick fireplace. The home was custom-made in 1968 but updated.
