Commercial Production and Podcast Studio and Lounge with Viewing Window
About the Space
Our 1,600-square-foot studio has a 40-foot by 25-foot matte black wall shooting area. This space is ideal for commercial, product, and tabletop productions, interviews, portraits, etc. We also have podcast production capabilities. There are two entryways. One door opens to the studio space, and the other door opens to a lounge area with access to the studio, as well as a viewing window into the studio. There's a unisex bathroom attached to the lounge. We have couch seating in the lounge area and a flat-screen TV, which can be used to view footage in the studio (if needed). There is 30 amp 120-volt power and 20 amp 240-volt dedicated power. We have dedicated power on our ceiling and a 20-foot by 20-foot lighting grid.

Health and Safety Measures
We extensively clean and wipe all surfaces before and after each production. We sweep and clean the floors thoroughly. And we wipe down all equipment between uses.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
