Spectacular and serene, this resort-like 20,000+ sq feet outdoor event space is right in the heart of Silicon Valley. Featuring two huge lawns, lots of paver space, a 2000 sq. ft. stage, six seating areas with fire pits, umbrellas, and gazebos, a domed marble gazebo, a creek behind it, this is the most picturesque party place in the San Francisco Bay Area. We host baby showers, birthday parties, quinceanera, sweet 16 birthday, bar mitzvah, graduation parties, bridal showers, engagement parties, weddings, karaoke nights, musical evenings, and so on. We can organize your entire event from food & beverages, to décor, to set up. We offer various packages to fit all budgets. Our exceptional customer service, flexibility in pricing, and customized options make it very convenient to host events with us. Health and Safety Measures

BLow the entire 20,000 sq ft space Blow dust from all furniture and tables Blow clear all walkways, patios, and stage Mow and blow the lawn Sanitize restrooms and restock supplies. Empty and reline all trash bins. Guests are welcome to: Bring their own trash bags (33 gallon and above). Clean/wipe down tables, chairs, and other surfaces. Wipe down any rental items before using them.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
