About the Space
Tribe is a 5000 square foot modern loft space located at the award winning Iron Works development in East Vancouver. We are a growth hub where people come together to collaborate and thrive. We have a very inspiring space, ideal for all types and sizes of events. Tribe accommodates a maximum of 100 guests. The space has 30' ceilings and lots of natural light. We have a kitchen on the main floor, which is an ideal space for long table dinners. Upstairs we have a beautiful lounge area complete with pool table, kegorator and bar. This area is perfect for smaller gatherings of 50 or less. We also have a conference room upstairs, with seating for up to 20. There is a fantastic Bluetooth audio system that plays music through the space. Tribe is a perfect space to host events from 2 to 100 people. If your group is within that capacity range we have the perfect space for you! Our pricing is available here on Peerspace, however we are always happy to discuss rates.

- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

This place was phenomenal. We had an event of around 100 people, and it fit them perfectly with lots of room to spare. Communication with the hosts (Adam and Dafina) was fantastic, all of our questions answered promptly and friendly. The place was bright, had a great sound system, had games (corn toss, a pool table, etc.) and just great vibes overall. We really could not have asked for a better place to host our Christmas party - thank you so much for having us! We are excited to book with you guys in the future!
