Welcome to San Sheng Art Space (@sanshengca) - A place designed for creatives by creatives. **Please read FULL description before booking.** Please note, the usual display of this space is a gallery setting with rotating artworks on the wall. The photos with empty walls are taken during de-installation period, for the convenience for people with decoration/exhibition ideas. If you have a specific idea about decoration, I’d suggest come to see the space in person, check which part you wanna remain or be empty, and if we can or cannot remove them. The space includes a large area (around 750 sq ft), a smaller area (around 150 sq ft) with a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The layout is flexible and can be adjusted to meet your needs. A small storage room is behind the artistic screen, perfect for storing equipment and gear away from the commons area. Drop Ceilings in the main room are 12 feet high and 10 feet in the smaller room. On top of the gallery-standard lighting, big windows and glass entry doors provide ample natural light. The Guest is encouraged to have event liability insurance (usually around $30-50) ready before the booking time. *Important Note* 1. You can bring your own catering (prepared food), NO COOKING on site 2. Alcohol is allowed but may require an SOP permit (optional) 3.
