You'll get access to a 700 sqft open space perfect for backdrop photoshoots/videos or conceptual shoots needing a great creative space to work with. Wifi: — Extremely fast WIFI, Gigabit Internet with Bell The Space Includes: — NEW UPGRADE: Paper backdrop roller in White/Crimson/Black — Couch and TV which can playback audio — Mirrors for styling and makeup — Blackout blinds to block off natural light — Washroom for changing/makeup — A/C Air Conditioning & Heating — Brita Water and Kettle included Equipment Available: (Please only use the equipment if you have experience in using them) — 2 x C-Stands — 2 x Godox Lights w/ Gels — Fabric Backdrop Stands with Green/Black/Blue — Step Ladder — Folding Table Parking: — Free parking at the front of the building, maximum of 4 cars, all spots marked by #1 Note: — Please keep in mind, we also have a music studio which is separately booked. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
