About the Space

Beautiful updated backyard with turf lawn, putting green, cement area, and entire ADU. This is perfect for adult's night, kid's birthday party, graduation celebration, yoga event, and so much more! Brand NEW ADU includes entire kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and living area. Note- The ADU is currently occupied, so you are unable to use that space for your event. You would need to rent a bathroom which can be placed in the front yard for your event if you decide to book.

Health and Safety Measures

The space is outdoors, so everything is 6+ feet. We also wipe with disinfecting wipes all high-touch surfaces. We can also provide hand sanitizer and wipes upon request.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
