Welcome to Creative Block Studios, a curated production space designed for elevated portraits, branding sessions, and high-impact content creation. This booking includes access to: • The Pages Set • Modern All Brown Background • 1 Professional Strobe Light + Modifier • Up to 7 Guests Each set has been intentionally designed to deliver versatility, depth, and editorial-quality visuals within one seamless environment. Session Timing Your reserved time includes: • Setup • Hair & Makeup • Production • Breakdown, Clean Up & Full Exit If your session is scheduled from 12 PM – 1 PM, all guests and equipment must be fully cleared from the space by 1 PM. To protect the experience for all guests, overtime is not permitted. Please reserve the full amount of time needed for your production. Studio Experience & Guidelines • Maximum of 7 guests included • Larger productions available upon request • No pets permitted • Music is welcome at a respectful level Creative Block Studios operates as a shared production environment. You will have exclusive access to your reserved set; however, other productions may be present in separate areas. For complete privacy or sound or light control, please inquire about booking a closed set. Set Access Policy Access is limited to the sets listed within this booking. Additional sets may be added at a preferred rate with prior approval. Unauthorized use or interaction with unreserved sets will result in an automatic $250 charge. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
