About the Space
This is an open creative loft located at the intersection of SoHo and TriBeCa. Our loft is perfect for meetings of up to 50 people, photo/video shoots, and dinners. You'll get fantastic views of the historic landmark architecture in our neighborhood. The space comes with 5 large tables, 30 dining chairs, one 55 inch TV, full kitchen with ovens, stoves and commercial dishwasher, sound system with microphone. This loft is located on the 4th floor with an elevator available. We are a full service production company and can assist you with Photo/video equipment rentals, Food and Beverage, production services, and additional furniture. Please let us know if you need additional screens, A/V help, or any other special needs.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
