This Security Deposit is collected via ACH or electronic transfer (Venmo) It will be returned to your account 3-7 business days after the booking assuming no damages occurred during your event. If you do not have a certificate of insurance, the security deposit will be determined based on event details. The hourly base rate increases as your head count increases. Please plug in your numbers to calculate your base rate in the Peerspace widget. Someone will be on site to orient you in the space and also to verify your head count and that all rules are followed. If the total headcount exceeds the booking, the booking will be adjusted and overages will be applied. The total headcount accounts for everyone using the premises for the booking throughout the day, not the total number of people in the space at one time. We have a 6 hour minimum. The safest way to plan to avoid overages like OT is to simply schedule yourself more time taking into account setup, breakdown and cleanup even if you do not anticipate needing the full amount of time. We also advise that you give yourself some wiggle room with the total headcount even if you do not expect additional people when finalizing the booking. Very large impact events/commercial filming will require a customized quote.
