Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning professional cleaner is hired between bookings 1. Keep all flammable items (e.g., racks, pans, stern) on metal tables in the kitchen. 2. All decorations must be removed and properly disposed of by the end of the event. 3. Helium balloons should be taken outside and released; do not puncture balloons inside the building. 4. If glitter or confetti is used, please try to keep it off the floor to avoid additional cleaning charges. 5. Trash must be removed and properly disposed of in designated areas. 6. The kitchen must be returned to its original condition; sweep if necessary. 7. Restrooms must be kept in a sanitary condition. 8. Promptly clean up all spills, especially in the banquet and kitchen areas. 9. Keep sidewalk areas and parking spaces in front of the facility free of trash. 10. Ensure the Beverage Service Area is clean and free of trash. 11. Tables should be cleared of debris, including decorations, at the end of the event.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
