About the Space
Our house is a natural light warehouse studio helmed by Lili Jamail. Located on Austin's east side, the space can be used for a multitude of large scale project: photoshoots, videography, classes, castings, rehearsals, and/or art building. We have flexible quotes depending on scale and frequency of house rental.

Clean the dishes that you use and take out the trash. A cleaning fee is required for 1/2 day and over bookings
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
