We host team meetings, team retreats, dinner parties, small classes, book clubs, and more! Bring people together for collaboration sessions, a retreat, or a meeting that needs a wonderfully inspiring and professional space. You are allowed to bring in any food and drinks you want as well. Chairs and tables may be added to your rental as late as the same day- please just let us know! Discounts will be considered for multiple or recurring bookings, just send a message and we can chat! Studio 629 *OFF-SITE/MEETING* Booking Rules: ♥ 3-hour minimum booking time required ♥ Instant Book does not guarantee final booking. All bookings are subject to review. ♥ Booking rules must be shared with *all* members of your booking. ♥ Address and all entry information will be provided after booking is finalized ♥ This is a self-service remote location - studio manager will be available via text message, so please read rules, directions, and descriptions thoroughly! ♥ Our space was designed with love so please be extremely careful in the space. Any damages will be charged in full through Peerspace. ♥ Our space is monitored by cameras in entryway and main area (no cameras in bathroom) and are checked periodically during booking to ensure exit times, sound levels, and all rules are followed by all guests ♥ No early access permitted - code access will begin at booking time ♥ Please be aware of the overtime rules. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5x our stated hourly rate. Early arrival and late exit are both considered overtime. ♥ If anything in the space is moved during booking, it must be reset before booking end time. We recommend taking photos when you arrive to ensure place is the same as when you arrived. ♥ Please use the provided trash can and bags (in the trash can) for all trash and remove at the end of your booking. We kindly ask that you replace the bag with a new one (provided) prior to leaving. Removal of two trash bags is included in the space rental fee. Additional trash bags may be filled and removed for a $10 fee per bag. Any trash left not in a trash bag will be billed at $15 fee per item or piece. ♥ Sound must be kept *low* to be respectful of neighbors. If any sound complaints are submitted from building management or tenants during your booking, your booking is subject to immediate cancellation with no refund for remaining time in your booking. ♥ Studio door must remain shut at all times ♥ Nudity is not permitted for Meeting/Off-Site bookings. ♥ We do not permit confetti or glitter use in the space. We do offer an add-on option for glitter or confetti use at a flat rate of $150. Should you not purchase the add-on prior to your booking and still use confetti or glitter in the space, the add-on price will be charged to you after your booking through Peerspace. ♥ Absolutely no drugs may be brought into and/or consumed in the space under any circumstances.
