STUDIO RULES: - Please keep music volume at a respectable level. - Please arrive and leave the studio on time. - Our attendants will be visiting your studio rooms within 20 minutes prior to the end of your booking to ensure that the room is left in its original condition. Furniture and props need to be moved back to their original place and all garbage must be placed into garbage cans. - Please note there is a 24hr security camera in the studio however footage is not stored on a hard drive or anywhere locally but stores online for 10 days then deleted. It is for liability, damage, injury and general security purposes only. ​ - No hazers or any device that may trigger the fire alarm are strictly forbidden inside the studio premises. If the fire department is summoned to the premises due to the renter's actions, renters are liable for any costs charged to the studio owner plus a $50 fee. - A fee of CAD$70.00 + HST will be charged if you extend of use for more than 10 mins. - NO Pets (unless special permitted). - NO Alcohol (unless special permitted). CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

It is completely normal that you want to move furniture to another location for better pictures. But please do not drag them on the floor as it may damage the beautiful floor and make a lot of noise. Lift it or just leave it. At the end of the shooting, please make sure all the furniture and decoration are back to where they were.
