About the Space
There is 40 acres available for use. Beautiful pond that is home to several geese, ducks, and swans. A lovely bridge inspired by Claude Monet painting that connects a picturesque island to the land. There are 2 wonderfully painted "lake houses". One that has bench seating to overlook the pond and the other that has a small kitchen like area. Handful of fields that hold 14 head of Highland Cattle and Leicester Longwool sheep. Perfect private area to use for filming.

This is an outdoor area for use. There are no indoor spaces.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
