Surrounded by Oxford Street's award-winning restaurant scene, remarkable catering options are within reach. Policies: • Noise must be kept to respectable levels, in compliance with area rules • Event timings must be strictly adhered to • We have parking for one car and there is a day pass provided to park on the street. Property is professionally cleaned weekly and between being hired. The decoration is minimal which helps with cleanliness. There isn't any carpets or heavy curtains. We have hand and surface sanitises at the property.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
