About the Space
Located Downtown Los Angeles in the Arts District, this unit is laid out best for photo and video productions with crews of under 20 people. There's a West facing window that lets in an immense amount of light, as well as a set wall within the space. There is also an area for hair and makeup artists to get prepared in, as well as access to shared restrooms down the hallway. We are happy to share our 1200 sqft. turnkey studio space conveniently located in the Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles. The area has minimalist furnishings, allowing it to be the perfect canvas for any shoot that you may be executing. We have a beautiful, all-white space that comes with an assortment of set walls, folding tables, and chairs to use at your disposal. Additionally, we have light stands and backdrop stands that you can use, as well! We also have a small kitchenette that includes a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker that you may use as you wish. The space is located near the intersection of South Santa Fe Avenue and 6th Street, making it close to everything that the Arts District has to offer, and you have the ease of contactless entry by using our smart door lock. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
In between rentals, our cleaning crew comes in to wipe down surfaces, clean the floors, and sanitize previously used equipment in order to keep our guests as safe as possible during the ongoing COVID-19 health crisis. Additionally, any tools or utilities that may have been used or rented are also cleaned using the same procedures.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
