About this space If you are looking for a relaxing, warm, sunny beach vacation in a luxury home in the Jacksonville beaches, look no further. This house offers everything you are looking for in a vacation home. Enjoy life at the beach where happiness comes in waves. With new heated pool, enjoy the outdoor living while kids swim and enjoy the large backyard area. Bikes, beach chairs, scooters for kids, pool toys are provided to enjoy your time to the fullest. You can grill with a large outdoor dining. The space 15 min to TPC Sawgrass! 5 bedroom with full size bunk bed to accommodate 12 guests with additional floor mattress provided to be used if needed (not air mattress, regular floor mattress). Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Master bedroom: King size bed, private bathroom that opens to the pool area. Comes with a desk for business travelers. Guest suite: Queen size bed, has private bathroom, private kitchenette and private entrance to the side of the house. 2 Jack and Jill bedrooms: share a bathroom, both come with queen size beds. 5th bedroom: Full size bunk bed with two twin beds. Shares the jack and jill bathroom. Kitchen: Brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter top. All kitchen essentials provided as well as coffee, coffee maker, dishes, bowls, paper towels, dish washer and hand detergent. TVs: Master bedroom, guest suite and living room has Tvs with Netflix, Disney+ and FuboTV. Linens and Towels: Each bedroom is provided with 2 bathroom towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash cloths. The property provides 8 pool towels for their guest. All bedrooms have clean linens for your stay prepared prior to your arrival. Each bathroom is provided with 2 toilet papers, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Washer and Dryer: Washing machine detergent is provided. Guest access Parking: 2 car attached garage, 1 car covered parking space, 4 car open drive way parking spaces available. Please do not park on the street. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
